Your space is filled with the energy vibrations of each color of the rainbow.
Each center (a chakra) spins at the exact energy vibration of each of the colors of the rainbow.
As it continuously spins, automatically, it interprets the energy of the vibration. It translates it to what the body understands and sends it (the energy of the color) to all the cells in the body for your body Health and wellness.
This is your energy in action; this is the flow of energy; you were BORN with this process. It works automatically, whether you know about it, or work with it ...
Your body receives it when you love yourself, NO MATTER WHAT ...
Your energy flows fully and you have wonderful health.
When someone around you criticizes you for how you think, what you say or what you do and/or judges you ... AND YOU BELIEVE THEM ... your energy becomes slightly restricted each time you believe them ... day by day ... hour by hour, until your body has to tell you --. I need more energy here ...
For example, a sore throat would be your body telling you to say honestly, yet kindly, how you feel instead of withholding it ... or talking around it.
Or a headache might be a need to release worry about some action or result you have no control or power over when "you" think a critical thought or say a critical word, your natural energy flow is slightly restricted.
If it continues ... physical discomfort arrives to tell you to pay attention and stop the criticism of YOURSELF OR SOMEONE ELSE.
When you ``love'' you, NO MATTER WHAT ... your energy will continue to flow fully, completely, and support your body health ...
And that love lives inside of you ... for you...
