This page is dedicated to my lifemate and my best friend, Joseph. This very special and gentle man was born and raised in the Northwest, one of the most beautiful and inspirational states in the US ... Washington. It is here, that my soul found love, peace ... and my happiness. Thank you, Joseph, honey, for sharing so many of God's beautiful gifts with me ... and thank you most for asking me to be your wife, your lifemate ~ Sunny. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so with that in mind, I want to share a very beautiful part of my life with you ...

Photograph courtesy of Steven Arnold of Seattle. The Homer M Hadley Floating Bridge can be seen on the left and the Lacey V Murrow Floating Bridge on the right. The photograph was from the East Portal Park, located above the East Portal of the tunnels that go under Mount Baker Ridge on the Seattle side. This view is looking east with Mercer Island in the background.
South from downtown Seattle was the Kingdome, demolished Sunday, March 26, 2000 and has already been replaced with a brand new, wonderful one.
The following photographs are of my beautiful "peace" of heaven at home in the Northwest. Our yard is our peaceful haven, filled with majestic, giant fir trees, rolling lawns, birds, squirrels, chipmunks and occasional deer. We use our hammock on lazy days to enjoy the trees as they stretch their gentle and swaying arms up to azure, crystal blue, Northwest skies ... all the while, watching the birds as the squirrels and chipmunks play and the deer graze in their safe, peaceful refuge from the rest of the world.

This glorious, romantic moon is shining through a greenbelt of majestic fir trees in our backyard. What a beautiful night setting for any poet and any two souls in love!
We do get snow once or twice a winter, and usually lasts only 2-3 days. Its quiet beauty is pure heaven!

This is another side yard ... The New England states have no more than the great Northwest when it comes to the colorful autumn leaves painting the landscapes with their brilliant palette of colors ... what do you think?
This page will take a bit to load because there are so many beautiful personal, large, photo's ... if some of them don't load, click your refresh/reload button in your toolbar ... you may have to do this once ... thanks for your patience!

This is a side yard looking toward the driveway, mmmmm, wonderful garden strolls ...
Our patio, and more rolling lawns ... welcome, and let me serve you coffee, tea or a tall, cool lemonade?
Our romantic living room. Hmmmm, best not to take photo's at night! But, what you can't see are the colors that are in tune with the nature of outside, deep greens and creams.

And, of course, our home wouldn't be complete without our adored and beloved pets. Meet Wheezy, our Number One Pekingese patio watch pooch! Our pets are never outdoors unless we are with them, and that's her favorite place to be ... outside watching over the squirrels, chipmunks and the birds. She knows the outside critters are a part of our family. We feed the squirrels and chipmunks peanuts and the birds like them, too. The birds also have an extra portion of Health Nut wheat bread every morning!! Update: Our little Wheezy went to doggie heaven in September 2003. : (

Meet Tanghi, our Number Two Pekingese pooch! Although she is several years younger than Wheezy, she is the mother of the house and watches over everyone with her gentle, loving and caring disposition. She is the epitomy of the faithful little pooch who is always by your side.

And then there's Smooch! We found him as a starved, near death little kitty. He is 8 years old now, pampered, spoiled, independent and Mr. personality! When I took his picture, he posed, as if to say "How do you like my profile?!" Don't let his independent posture fool you, he loves all the cuddling he can get!

Meet our newest Pekingese and sweet little bundle of joy, Fawn Angel aka Wheezytoo. She was born in Texas on April 9, 2004, above, and is the apple of our eye below! God knew what he was doing when he created this sweet little soulmate!
Here's Wheezy one year later with our grandson's "binky." : )

March 2006 ~ Meet our newest family member, our miniature Dachshund, Lil Red, aka "Aussie." She's 3 months old in this photo, and was born on December 21, 2005 in South Carolina. She completes our family with all the sweetness and charm any little puppy could possibly have. Yes, I would say we have truly been blessed.
