me close to Thee
For how can I ever hope to heal the wounds of others if I do not feel
If my eyes are dry and I never weep
How do I know when the hurt is deep
If my heart is cold and it never bleeds
How can I tell what my brother needs
For when my ears are deaf to the beggar's plea,
And we close our eyes and refuse to see
And we steel our hearts and harden our mind,
And we count it a weakness whenever we're kind,
We are no longer following The Father's Way
Or seeking His guidance from day to day
For, without "crosses to carry" and "burdens to bear,"
We dance through a life that is frothy and fair,
And "chasing the rainbow" we have no desire
For "roads that are rough" and "realms that are higher"
So spare me no heartache or sorrow, dear Lord,
For the heart that is hurt reaps the richest reward,
And God enters the heart that is broken with sorrow
As He opens the door to a brighter tomorrow
For only through tears can we recognize
The suffering that lies in another's eyes.

Jesus Said in Luke 6:20-23(AKJV)
And He lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, blessed be ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.
Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled.
Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of Man's sake.
Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
Luke 6:24-28(AKJV)
But woe unto you that are rich! For ye have received your consolation.
Woe unto you that are full! For ye shall hunger.
Woe unto you that laugh now! For ye shall mourn and weep.
Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! For so did their fathers to the false prophets. But I say unto which hear, love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
Commandments
1. And God spake all these words, saying ... I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
2. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
3. Thou shall not make unto thee any graven image ... Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them ...
4. Thou shalt not take the name of thy LORD thy God in vain ...
5. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: In it thou shalt not do any work ... For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth ... and rested the seventh day: Wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
6. Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
7. Thou shalt not kill.
8. Thou shalt not steal.
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet
thy neighbour's wife, nor anything that is thy neighbour's.
It gives us hope and strength to face the challenges we meet.
For everything is possible to God who reigns above.
And when we place our trust in Him,
He guides us with His love.
God in Love has promised Grace for every trial,
Strength for every sorrow,
Help for every mile.
And may He in sympathy and unfailing love impart,
Help for each tomorrow and new courage to your heart.
May you have peace of mind, body and spirit!
The higher power is looking over all of us ~ in whatever form we choose to manifest it.
